These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments and services provided by Deia Energy Studio Ltd. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once your booking has been accepted.
Please provide accurate and complete information when booking and completing any client forms and let us know if relevant information changes.
Payments
The price of your appointment will be displayed or communicated to you before booking.
Where payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, your appointment may not be confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of an appointment may incur a charge of up to 50% of the session fee. Appointments missed without notice may be charged at 100% of the session fee.
Where Deia Energy Studio is able to refill the cancelled appointment, the cancellation charge will be waived.
We understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances happen and these will always be considered at our discretion.
Nothing in this cancellation policy affects your statutory consumer rights..
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your session within the remaining appointment time.

Cancellations by Deia Energy Studio
Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will offer to rearrange your appointment or refund any payment already made for the affected appointment. Except where required by law, Deia Energy Studio will not be responsible for consequential expenses such as travel or accommodation.
Online bookings and cancellation rights
If you book and pay for services online or at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
Where you specifically request that a service begins during an applicable statutory cancellation period, different rules may apply once the service has begun or has been fully performed.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
Nature of our services
Deia Energy Studio provides complementary wellbeing services, with bioresonance at the heart of our approach and nutrition and lifestyle support offered where appropriate.
Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment or care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You remain responsible for decisions concerning your health and wellbeing. You should not stop, alter or delay prescribed medication, medical investigations or medical treatment based on information discussed during a Deia Energy Studio session without first consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Outcomes
Every individual is different and no particular outcome or result from bioresonance, nutritional or lifestyle support can be guaranteed. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful..

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations. The terms applicable to your booking will be those made available to you at the relevant time.
